Prices are per person per night based on 2 people sharing including VAT. Please ask about our special low season breaks. We now have FREE WiFi.

We are a totally non smoking establishment. Sorry, no children under 16 years. No Pets.

N.B. Guests are required to take dinner at least once during their stay.

Arrivals and Departures

Rooms will normally be ready after 2.30pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Guests expecting to arrive after 6pm should make this known at the time of booking.

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person is required, payable by cheque or credit card (Maestro/Visa/MasterCard). However, cheques will not be accepted as final payment of the bill unless backed in full by the appropriate card, or where prior arrangements have been made.

Terms and Conditions

• No credit for early departure/delayed arrival, meals not taken or dinner ordered where guests arrive too late.
• We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification
• Guests vehicles are parked entirely at their own risk
• Anybody smoking in the hotel will be liable to pay for the cost of refurbishing soft furnishings and/or loss of our income in the event that rooms are unable to be re-let.

Cancellations

To avoid any misunderstanding we would remind you that a verbal or written reservation constitutes a legal contract. In the event of a cancellation/or curtailment, both parties should endeavour to re-let the accommodation. Should neither party succeed, then the person making the reservation is legally liable to pay 70% of the total value of the booking. However, cancellation within 5 days of expected arrival will result in the full cost being payable. We strongly advise that you insure against this situation.
